Privacy

MOTF is designed to minimize sensitive license data. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Raw NinjaTrader machine identifiers are converted to server-side HMAC fingerprints before storage. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by MOTF.

Data categories

The production policy should disclose account identity, purchase records, licensing state, machine fingerprints, software version telemetry, download history, support communications and Stripe customer references.

Retention and rights

Before commercial launch, define retention periods, account deletion procedures, applicable privacy rights and the legal entity responsible for processing.
